These terms cover your use of the online booking system for La Bella Vita. By making a reservation, you agree to them.

Making a booking

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian making the booking on your behalf.
  • The information you provide (name, email, phone, party size) must be accurate.
  • A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with a reference code.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if details appear fraudulent or abusive.

Changing or cancelling

  • You can change the date/time or cancel your booking from the confirmation page, up until the booking start time.
  • Past bookings cannot be changed or cancelled from the website. If you missed a visit, please contact us directly.
  • If you need to change party size, please contact the restaurant directly so we can confirm we still have a suitable table.

No-shows and late arrivals

We hold your table for up to 15 minutes past your reservation time. After that we may release it. If you're running late, please call us. Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings being declined.

Use of the website

You agree not to:

  • Make fake bookings or use someone else's details
  • Use bots or automated tools to submit reservations
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose

Liability

The booking system is provided on an "as is" basis. We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by technical issues (for example, temporary unavailability of the site). Our responsibility for your actual meal and visit is governed by our normal restaurant terms.

Intellectual property

All branding, text, and images on this website belong to La Bella Vita or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. By continuing to use the site after an update, you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Egypt.
